If not what sort of gear ratios. The bandit comes with a spare. Trenchers are big and heavy, id try the stock pinion if using the stock vxl system, maybe gear down one or two teeth, as i say the trenchers are.

The motor was swapped out by traxxas. The recommended gearing for the rustler with 3s lipo is 31/76. With the plastic gear and a little loosing of the slipper clutch i never stripped another pinion.

According to my charts, 32 pitch looks like 54 teeth spur and 24 tooth pinion. I have attached a link to the chart for the stampede. Traxxas does a good job of keeping the feature set similar.
